Actions for this case
Available actions reflect your current authority. Every action is checked again by the server.
Protocol approval and provider acceptance
Each version requires independent clinical-leadership approval. Providers must accept that approved version before receiving new routed cases.
Clinical safety controls
Emergency escalation records a request for review. It does not grant access. Approved reviews do not change chart records or retention automatically.
Clinical governance
Policy approval must be independent. Holds, emergency access, chart archival, and retention plans fail closed when prerequisites are missing. Retention execution runs only in the restricted operations worker after its delay.
